In working towards our mission of helping people in need build careers which sustain them and their families, it is easy to see how much “more” there is to do. More people in need! More supports which would help! More funding needed by non-profits doing good work! And now especially, more employers seeking new solutions and options for recruiting and retaining talent!

That’s why I was especially excited to speak recently with Hardik Desai about tech solutions helpful to employers workforce system players. Technologies can help fill gaps and enable us to do “more” in scaleable, affordable ways. That leaves more funding for the work people are uniquely capable, and necessary, for doing.  Here are a few companies with products that enable organizations to do more:

Share Mobility removes transportation as a barrier for your current or future employees.

Drive My Way matches truck drivers and owner operators with CDL truck driving jobs that meet the qualifications and personal lifestyle preferences of the drivers.

OnShift, for healthcare organizations, is a one-stop shop for employees, where they can access their schedule, access earned wages, receive updates, and other benefits.

Inphlu is a tool to help your employees use their social media to recruit other employees, using your recruiting messages.

Ondecare helps your employees select the in-home care they need (for adults, children, infants, or people with unique needs) so they can feel relief and security while working

CareerTown helps you recruit and hire the talent you need.

This list is not exhaustive, but it’s a start. If your team needs help considering new tech solutions, let me know.
